At Scenture World, we believe in honesty, transparency, and fairness. Our aim is to provide high-quality perfumes and ensure every customer receives their order in perfect condition.


Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of perfumes, we do not accept returns or refunds for opened or used products.

However, we do accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective
  • You contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Clear proof (photos or videos) is provided for verification

Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.


No Return or Refund Will Be Granted If:

  • The product has been used or opened
  • The original packaging is missing or damaged
  • The return request is made after 3 days of delivery
  • Required proof is not provided

Exchanges

Exchanges are only applicable if:

  • You receive an incorrect or damaged item

We do not offer exchanges for fragrance preference or used products.

Shipping Costs

  • If the error is from our side (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Scenture World will cover the return shipping cost
  • If the issue is not due to our fault, the customer will be responsible for return shipping
